1. Basic Conditions: Determining the Length, Width and Height of Carton
Generally three-layer carton, the thickness of paper is 3. Five-layer cartons are about 5 mm and 7 mm, so you should first measure the length, width and height of your actual items. Then add the thickness of the carton (as much as 0 at the height of the carton). 5MM). It is the outer box size of the carton. The default size of the carton factory is the outer box size. Outer box size design: generally designed for the width of data is small for the most economical material. Therefore, according to their own cargo situation, we must tell the carton factory, the size you said is the size of the outer box, or the size of the inner box.
2. Choosing the Material of Carton
According to the weight of their goods and their own cost situation, reasonable selection of the material of cartons, cartons are made of cardboard, so we need to understand the concept of cardboard, our ordinary cartons are made of corrugated cardboard, corrugated cardboard surface paper, corrugated paper, core paper, lining paper; the quality of materials, generally, are good or bad. Relating to the weight of each square meter, the heavier the weight of each square meter, the better the quality. The weight of paper can be divided into 120 grams, 140 grams, 170 grams, 200 grams and 250 grams. Generally, the paper quality of cartons is smooth in appearance, and the hardness of the handle can be roughly distinguished from the paper quality. The paper quality of the whole market will not differ too much.
3. Choice of Carton Thickness
The cartons are classified according to the corrugated type: the thickness of the cartons is generally three, five, seven and nine layers. Thickness of three layers: 0. About 3MM, five layers thickness: 0. About 7MM, thickness of seven layers: 0. About 9MM. The third floor is also called a single pit, and the fifth floor is called a double pit. The same is true of the thicknesses of hardened cartons, which can only be divided into hardness.
Carton load-bearing capacity, the more layers the better load-bearing performance.
4. Printing Problems
Generally speaking, the larger the surface area of printing, the higher the cost. Of course, depending on the number of colours, once the cartons are printed, they will not be able to be modified. So we must confirm the printed contents with carton manufacturers many times. Some minor errors can be covered with dry stickers or warm water stickers similar to the outside color of the carton, but they are not beautiful enough to give the most accurate printing materials as far as possible, and supervise the carton manufacturers to print strictly according to the requirements.
5. Sample box
If the intention of cooperation with carton manufacturers is determined, and the paper quality and cooperation methods are agreed upon, carton manufacturers can be required to provide sample boxes. Carton boxes are generally not printed, mainly to determine the paper quality, size and process quality.
6. Question of starting quantity
The carton factory has a minimum order quantity problem, the minimum order quantity is 30 square meters. Different carton factories have different starting orders. It is generally recommended to make more cartons at a time. The less you order, the more expensive the price will be.
7. Special tips
Hardness of cartons: As long as it rains or wets continuously, even the original hard cartons will become soft (the same as the newly made ones).
8. Carton color
All carton cardboard can not be the same color as the last 100% of the same color, if the color requirements are very high, we must communicate with the carton manufacturer.
