If the corrugated cardboard is flattened, it will seriously affect the pressure of the cardboard, and also directly affect the compression of the empty carton. There are many reasons for paperboard flattening. The following are analyzed and solved one by one.

1. Reasons

1. Corrugated rollers are not parallel (corrugated tilt);

2. Low corrugation height or wear of corrugated rollers;

3. Corrugation is flattened after it is formed.

4. The tension on the core paper roll is too high.

5. Because the spraying device sprays too much steam, the core paper is too wet.

6. The gluing device causes corrugation and flattening at any occlusion point.

7. The pulling force of conveyor belt on double-sided machine is uneven (inclined corrugated);

8. Low flat and flattened corrugates;

9. The compressive strength of core paper is too low.

2. Measures

1. Adjust the corrugated rollers to parallel;

2. Replacement of corrugated rollers;

3. Check, adjust or repair all occlusion points that may lead to flattening corrugation, such as the non-parallel or inappropriate position adjustment of the cross cutter lead roll, press roll or hot plate pressure system, or the excessive pressure exerted, the tension of the one-sided sheet on the overpass, the lifting conveyor belt problem;

4. Reduce the braking of the base paper rack; check the position of the preprocessor;

5. Reduce steam injection on core paper;

6. Reduce the gluing gap between single-sided cardboard and surface paper.

7. Keep the conveyor belt speed consistent;

8. Check the factors causing corrugation flattening after the formation of corrugation, and check the causes of corrugation tilt;

9. Change the core paper roll and discuss with the base paper supplier.
